Please feel free to contact us via telephone or e-mail. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 09:00–16:00 and every first Saturday of the month between 09:00 and 13:00.
Please note that these are the only hours during which we can be reached. Please complete the basic submission form on our contact page with your personal and wedding details and then send it to info@chrystalace.com with a few possible dates and times for a consultation with us.

if you live outside of pretoria

We have worked with brides from abroad and all over our country without any complications. For all the couples that don’t reside in Pretoria, we can easily schedule a meeting session via e-mail or Skype. Today’s technology makes it so easy to communicate and enables us to design and manage projects from abroad with just as much care and attention to detail as if you were living next door! For clients from Johannesburg, we can easily schedule meetings for after-hours at our studio or somewhere that’s convenient for you during weekdays.

Because your wedding day is one of the most valuable and memorable occasions of your life we want to ensure that we offer you the best possible options that will not only suit your specific tastes, but your wallet as well. At Chrystalace we offer two stationery ranges. THE CHRYSTALACE COLLECTION  is made up of various designs according to different themes that allow you to choose from various options, personalizing and customizing these for your wedding day. This Collection can be viewed on request at our personal meeting and is unfortunately not available for online viewing.

approximate timeframes for your stationery suite

From start to finish, the approximate time frame allocated for stationery creation and production is 4 - 6 weeks. Please allow enough time for your stationery, as quality design and finishing needs sufficient time to produce items that meet our professional standards.

how does our design process work

Once we have received your wording and ideas, you will receive a first draft within five to seven business days. Included in your design fee is a first draft followed by an opportunity for three rounds of changes, where you can send us your requested changes regarding design, typos and/or final information. Changes will be made within two to four business days, depending on how busy we are.

On signing off your final digital draft, we will arrange a date for you to view a printed flat mock-up of your designs. After signing off the mock-up and approving the printed version of your invitation, we will begin with the production process.

production and collection

Our main aim is to have your stationery ready for collection as close to the tentative date as possible (determined in agreement with us beforehand). One of our designers will also keep you up to date with the printing process once we have started with production.

Please note that delays from your side and additional revisions may affect your collection date.

delivery for those far away and beyond

For international clients we offer shipping to destinations all over the globe; please note that courier fees will be additionally charged to your invoice. The parcels are normally charged according to size and weight. All our parcels have tracking numbers, so that we can guide you through the shipping process and give you peace of mind that your stationery will arrive as planned.

More about your personal consultation
During the personal consultation, our aim is for you to feel at home and at complete ease as we work side-by-side in the process of creating your ideal wedding stationery. One of our designers will advise and show you various samples of our existing designs, including examples of typography & calligraphy, illustration and monogram options, different types of paper and textures and the finishing options available. We will then see how we can best tailor your ideas to suit your style and needs perfectly.

For the couple who requires something completely unique, we have our exclusive CHRYSTALACE COUTURE designs, where we create the perfect custom designs to capture and represent you as a unique couple and produce it especially for you. These designs are bespoke and will never be resold, re-printed or customized for any other couple. PAPER & COLOUR SELECTIONS

Here at Chrystalace there is nothing more exciting than to feel the texture and finishing of luxurious paper underneath your fingertips, nothing more inviting than the smell of freshly printed goods hot off the press and nothing more beautiful than the combination of design, ink and finishing coming alive on the inserts of a wedding card.

We have a vast selection of paper available with paper and card samples from the world’s top paper suppliers. We tried to group the selections for you in four basic categories with matching descriptions of the characteristics and printing qualities for you to peruse. At your personal stationery consultation we will show you the variety of paper samples from our paper library to perfectly match your dream stationery.



glamour range

The paper options available from the glamour range, includes paper samples that are perfect for weddings that are described as glamourous, classic, traditional and sophisticated.

The range also stocks paper with textured and smooth qualities that have a glamorous shimmer effect. The paper stock can be acquired in a lower paper grammage and also a thicker card weight. They are available in beautiful colours from whites, champagnes and golds to blush tones and other neutrals, to give your stationery that extra bit of stature.

vintage range

The vintage range includes paper samples that are perfect for weddings that are described as romantic, vintage, retro and rustic.

The vintage range includes paper samples with textured and fine art qualities that have a rich texture and old school feel. The paper stock can be acquired in a lower paper grammage and also a thicker card weight. There are only white and opage colour paper available in this range, but your stationery designs can be adjusted to add that extra pop of colour.

modern range

If you can describe your wedding as elegant, modern and sophisticated, you will be interested in the modern range.

The modern range includes papers with a linen, lined or especially created smooth texture that is perfect for stationery that has to make a bold statement. The paper is available in different weights and is available in white, off-white and ivory colour schemes. This paper works perfectly for designs with bold solid text or designs with pattered linen qualities to add some realism to your stationery.

organic range

The organic range holds a vast variety of natural, recycled, board and aged papers.

Weddings with a natural, farm style, vintage, organic, aged, retro or botanical theme will benefit the most from this paper for its smooth textured and natural quality.

The paper from this range is available in only certain colours and weights. Samples will be provided at your personal meeting to fuse your design ideas with the chosen paper.

 
CHRYSTALACE COLOURS

Get inspired with our stationery colour palette with multiple swatches and tints for you to browse in search for your perfect wedding colour theme.
